RECEPTION

The reception will be held in the Schimmel Ballroom at the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel, located on the top floor. Guests may access the ballroom via two smaller elevators in the main lobby or a larger elevator located behind the hotel’s check-in desk.

The reception begins with a cocktail hour at 5:15 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. and dancing.

The hotel offers valet parking at a rate of $15 for the event and $35 for overnight parking. Self-parking is not available at the hotel. A public parking garage is located at 37th Street and Harney Street.
